Supergreen needs a new LEAD GUITAR PLAYER!!

Hi all! Our band, Supergreen, is in need of a new lead guitar player.
Our old one recently moved to Pittsburgh for grad school, so we need to
find a strong replacement so we can get back out and start gigging
again! We generally play 2 - 4 times a month, mostly on weekends. We
all have day jobs, so this isn't a primary source of income, but we
work hard to write good music and play good shows.
Supergreen has been together for 4+ years. We play rock, blues, and
soul, mainly. 75% covers, 25% originals, for now. And although we are
doing this in our spare time, we have the business side of things
fairly well in hand. We are established as an LLC, we have a tax id, a
federal trademark on our name, a checking account in the band's name,
pro gear and a trailer to haul it with, and equipment insurance.
We are looking for someone versatile with a great attitude, pro
gear, and strong experience who has a great tone, an ability to sing
harmony, and a interest in writing. Extra points if you have your own
"library" of work to bring to the table.
We are looking for someone 21 - 35 only. Please only respond if you fall within this range.
The bottom line is we're looking for the right fit musically and
personally. Musically, we will mesh best with someone who is more on
the bluesy side of things, who has great chops, and who knows when to
lay back. Personally, we're all fairly laid back and have a lot of fun
playing music together; we want someone who isn't necessarily looking
to make it big but more someone who wants to make some great music,
play some shows, and build something together.
